100% Satisfaction Guarantee* -- This is a policy that ensures the homeowner won't be stuck with a lemon unit or a unit that is not meeting their needs or expectations. If an owner calls in, after an install has been completed, and states that they are unhappy with the unit, we will set an appointment for our technician and the Bryant factory rep to inspect the troubled unit. Once it has been declared to be a unit that meets guidelines for the policy to be invoked, the customer has the right to a refund or a replacement.
*This guarantee will be provided, in writing, by your Factory Authorized Dealer. Applies for one year from the date of installation on residential add on and replacement installs only. Subject to conditions and limitations. See your Factory Authorized Dealer for details.
2. No Lemon Guarantee
If the air conditioner compressor* fails during the first (5) years of operation we will replace the entire condensing unit. At no cost. If the furnace heat exchanger* fails in the first (5) years of operation we will replace the furnace at no cost.
*Note: Maintenance as required by the manufacturer must be performed annually.
3. Lifetime Duct Work Guarantee
We employ a licensed sheet metal mechanic and use our own sheet metal equipment. Thus we can ensure quality workmanship. Along with this we seal the gap between the furnace and the plenum with mastic sealer which provides an air tight seal and effectively minimizes air loss at the plenum.
4. Workmanship Guarantee
Our technicians are the best in aptitude, attitude and workmanship. They will treat your home with the respect that it deserves and complete the job on time. They wear shoe covers and will use floor runners in hallways, stairs and work areas and will clean up when the work is completed. They will not swear or smoke on your property. If they have not performed in accordance with these policies, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Bryant requires their dealers to attend training on Bryant products. Service 1st employees attend these training sessions along with further training in their own in-house training facility.
